Dr. Kim Baxter, recipient of the 2012 Rotary International “Service Above Self” award.

It is my distinct honor to announce that Dr. Kim A. Baxter, Member of the North Platte Noon Rotary Club, has been selected for special recognition for his humanitarian service with the Rotary International “Service Above Self” Award for 2012-13. This award is one of the most prestigious awards that the Rotary International Board of Directors confers to no more than 150 of those who were nominated for this award throughout the Rotary World.

We are so proud of Kim and his longstanding record of local and international humanitarian service.  Congratulations, Kim!
